Some of you may have noticed that I have been absent for a while. Today as the wind whips at my house and the rain falls I wonder why it is that we flew back to Melbourne yesterday. But alas the real world beckons and we have a living to earn, so now I just fondly reminisce about our trip to Far North Queensland and remember the lovely 29 degree celcius days.
I think I could get used to having a 'dry season' rather than winter, not so sure how I'd do in the wet though. This is the lovely 4 mile beach in Port Douglas.
Hmmmm... where to next? Definately time to start planning another holiday I think!

Looks beautiful! I'm in the same frame of mind - just returned, but already planning!
ReplyDeleteI know the spot. Hope you had a lovely time :)
ReplyDeleteI knew I recognised that beach! We're in love with Port Douglas, and are heading back up there in November. We're hoping to go again in February to see just how horrible the wet tropics can be before deciding if we're going to move up for a while. I would put up with frizzy hair for half the year for that lifestyle!
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful part of the world. I'd love to get back up that way again too.
